Research Interests
Studies focus on identifying and understanding factors in the prenatal environment that may perturb fetal brain development and are associated with negative developmental outcomes in children, particularly those related to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The research takes a lifecourse perspective and examines the role of postnatal environment in moderating possible fetal programming. We use Nordic longitudinal pregnancy-offspring cohorts using repeated assessments and multi-method and multi-informant designs.
