Abstract
Psychotherapy represents an array of treatment methods that are associated with positive outcomes for many disorders. However, less known are its potential negative effects. This presentation will demonstrate studies conducted during the last decade aiming to understand the frequency and characteristics of adverse and unwanted events in psychotherapy, as well as how to go about exploring a previously uncharted territory in research.
